Irving, Texas — March 6, 2026 — Glenn Engineering announces a strategic transition in leadership following the appointment of Cheralyn Armijo, P.E., as President, effective January 1, 2026. Founder and former President, Janet Glenn, has transitioned into a consulting role for the Company, while Mike Glenn continues his leadership as Vice President.
As a majority woman-owned business, Glenn Engineering continues its commitment to diversity in the engineering sector under Ms. Armijo’s leadership. The firm is currently in the process of obtaining official WOSB, WBE and NTCRCA certification following the transition, further formalizing its status for contracting programs.
Ms. Armijo, a licensed Professional Engineer with 33 years of experience in civil engineering, has been an integral part of the firm’s success for decades. Her appointment ensures that the company remains focused on technical excellence and reliable project delivery, upholding the high standards established by Janet Glenn.
