In the public sector, our portfolio features engineering projects such as roadway and bridge design, underground utility design, and school campus initiatives. We take pride in having served numerous cities, school districts, and governmental agencies throughout North Texas.

Mr. Glenn founded Glenn Engineering Corporation after 25 years as a consulting engineer in the North Texas engineering sector, specifically in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he received his BSCE in 1969. Mr. Glenn began his career with the Forrest and Cotton Consulting Engineers, working on significant engineering projects that included the Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport, Dallas North Tollway, numerous dam and related road relocation projects for Texas Utilities, the original development of Las Colinas, and various other transportation projects.
Mr. Glenn also served as the Regional Vice President for Ayres Associates for 12 years, where he was involved in multiple transportation projects, site development projects, and structural projects, as well as the overall management of the Dallas office.
With the creation of Glenn Engineering Corporation, Mr. Glenn has taken responsibility for numerous engineering projects, particularly in transportation and site development involving multifamily, commercial, and retail developments. Currently, he serves as Vice President in charge of all engineering activities.
Mr. Howman joined Glenn Engineering Corporation in 1995 and is one of the founders of the firm. He brings over 49 years of experience to the company, with a significant portion dedicated to North Texas engineering and providing site development design services in the North Central Texas area. Over the last 30 years, he has served as project manager on the majority of civil design engineering projects for school developments.
Ms. Cheralyn Armijo is a Registered Engineer and a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned her BSCE in 1993. After graduation, she began her career at a consulting firm in Dallas before joining Glenn Engineering in 1995. Throughout her career, Ms. Armijo has been involved in a wide range of engineering projects across North Texas, including multifamily site development, transportation projects for the City of Irving, retail development, and various school projects. She is proficient in hydraulic and hydrology design, having contributed to numerous projects that require extensive drainage design.
Mr. Armijo is a Registered Engineer and a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he received his BSCE in 2017. He is actively involved in various engineering projects across North Texas engineering.
Mr. Pipkin is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received his BSCE in 2024. As a registered EIT in the State of Texas, Mr. Pipkin is eager to contribute to innovative engineering projects in the North Texas engineering sector.
